RenterPro Update: Add Expenses

The Problem

A client asked for a way to track business expenses directly in RenterPro instead of keeping them somewhere separate from the rest of their numbers.

What's New

Add Expense — Log an expense as either a fixed amount that recurs every month, or a one-off cost. Both types flow straight into the cash up report, so monthly expenses show up automatically and one-off costs are reflected for the period they happened in.
