RenterPro Update: Export Monthly Cashups to Excel & CSV

TwoTones DigitalSeptember 3, 20262 min read

The Problem

At month-end, getting cashup figures out of RenterPro and into the format a bookkeeper or accountant actually wants still meant re-typing numbers into a spreadsheet. Every business lays that spreadsheet out a little differently, so there was no single export that worked for everyone.

What's New

Export Monthly Cashups (Excel & CSV) — Any monthly cashup can now be exported as an Excel workbook or a CSV file in one click. It isn't a generic data dump: the columns, ordering, and totals are set up per client to match how they already work, so the file drops straight into their existing bookkeeping or tax workflow with no reformatting.

  • Choose Excel (.xlsx) for a formatted, ready-to-send workbook, or CSV for importing into other accounting tools.
  • Column headings, layout, and totals are configured per client to match their preferred format.
  • Removes the manual re-keying step between RenterPro and month-end bookkeeping — less admin, fewer transcription errors, and faster tax prep.
